Data Protection Officer
Your best friend in business
Not all businesses are obliged to have a Data Protection Officer (DPO) by law however many choose to appoint one especially if you want a value an independent voice to check, understand and offer assurance on all aspects of Data Protection within your business.
Appoint me as your DPO and I will:
- inform and advise you and your employees about your obligations in relation to UK GDPR and best practice
- monitor your compliance with the law and offer early warning of threats and risks to your compliance
- write and maintain data protection policy documents including your privacy notice ensuring that your processing remains in line with the policy and making changes when required
- undertake data protection impact assessments, legitimate interest assessments and maintain the key records such as your information asset register and record of processing activity
- be the first point of contact for the Information Commissioners Office
